Perry was born on Vancouver Island and raised in beautiful Victoria. Living in areas such as Oak Bay, Uplands, Songhees, Gordon Head, Langford, Cedar Hill and for the past 14 years, Cordova Bay, he has acquired a vast knowledge of the various regional charms and the key attributes each has to offer. On his days off, you can catch Perry puttering about in his garden with his dog, racing around on the pickleball court or even on a cruise to an exotic destination. His travels around the world have only strengthened his love of the city, and he truly believes Victoria is one of the best places on the planet to call home.

Inspired by his entrepreneurial spirit, Perry has opened several noteworthy Victoria businesses in the hospitality industry. As a successful Real Estate investor and businessman with over 30 years experience, he embarked on another passion of his, Real Estate.
