As an Alberta native and a Vancouver transplant who met and married my wife in West End Vancouver, I have a deep love for the West Coast, its neighbourhoods and its people. I approach my life and work in Victoria with sincerity, honesty, and compassion. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client fall in love with their new home. For the past ten years, my wife and I owned and operated an upscale property staging company specializing in the downtown Toronto real estate market. Combining my successful business management experience with my wife’s creative talents and interior design expertise, we staged and sold over 800 properties. We were considered by many in the trade to be "best in class" for staging urban real estate in Toronto's downtown core. The emerging downtown core of Victoria presented an opportunity to leverage my past business and real estate experience to become a licensed realtor. Specializing in urban real estate, I have earned a thorough understanding of this market, and I know what it takes to champion a client’s needs.
